Colby here, reporting on our new findings about Feta’s heritage. We went to the park yesterday and it was muddy in spots, and some areas had large puddles of mud. Well, Little Miss Piggy Feta found each puddle and happily splashed her way through them. She even found a large puddle, that was probably about a foot and half deep and she walked right into that puddle and then plopped down. The only part of the little piggy that was showing was her head. She was doing some serious wallowing in that puddle. Mom and Dad were calling for her to get out and she just laid there, happy as a, well, pig. I went over to get her out, but I only walked through it, I did no wallowing. There was no way I was going to get myself as dirty as her. She finally sulked her way out of the puddle and ran on ahead of us. I am pretty sure she was looking for another puddle to splash, play and maybe even swim in. We have decided that along with Labrador, Shepard/American Eskimo (not positive on these), Feta is also part PIG!!!
We had fun at the park, even though it was raining the whole time. Dad and Mom did let both of us swim in the lake, I think they let us do that so that Feta would get a little bit cleaner. The worst part of the whole day was when we got home. Dad and Mom sent us into the backyard and then they gave us BATHS!!! We were already a little chilly from the walk and the swim, but then they sprayed us with ice water and put soap on us. BRRRRRRR. After our baths were done, Feta and I laid on the couch and Mom covered us with blankets so we would warm up. So comfy.
LITTLE MISS FETAPIGGY HERE. I JUST WANTED TO SAY HOW MUCH FUN I HAD, YOU SHOULD HAVE SEEN ME, I WAS SO DARN CUTE AND MUDDY!! SO MUCH FUN. NEXT TIME WE GO YOU SHOULD COME WITH US, THEN YOU COULD WALLOW WITH ME!!! LOVE YOU BYEBYE!!!
Dad and Mom say sorry there is no picture, if we go again, they will take a picture of her wallowing!! Enjoy a picture of Feta’s long-lost relative instead.
